It is divided into two reference sections: The Resilience Mortuary and The Family Assistance Centre, which are accessed from the main menu. It interviews with MP Tessa Jowell and the London Mayor Ken Livingston, plus many other interviews from the people involved sharing their experiences. Created in 1999 the unit consists of 10 advisors, all of whom are experienced FLOs with specialist investigative knowledge and experience. When dealing with mass fatality emergencies they will deploy to strategic locations nationally and internationally to provide support to the overall humanitarian response.
