Gray and Gray's Land Law not only covers all the core topics covered on undergraduate courses in an appropriate level of detail, but brings the subject to life through critical analysis and a contextual approach that explores the social, political and economic significance of land law. The book adopts a user-friendly approach that makes use of self-test questions, diagrams and summaries to emphasise key issues and illuminate areas of difficulty or controversy. Further reading is also included at the end of each chapter. Students seeking sophisticated analysis within a manageable length and an accessible format should look no further than Land Law for clear guidance from the leading authorities in the field.

Kevin Gray is a Barrister and Fellow of Trinity College, University of Cambridge. He has been a Professor of Law in the University of London and a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. Susan Francis Gray was for many years an Assistant Land Registrar, having responsibility amongst other things for the registration of the Channel Tunnel project. She has also been a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Greenwich.
