Ivan Sammut, Ph.D. (Lond), is an Associate Professor in European Law and Head of the Department of European & Comparative Law at the University of Malta. He holds a Jean Monnet Chair, and his research areas include EU law, Competition law, European private law, and European private international law. Ivan Mifsud, Ph.D. (Melit), is the Dean of the Faculty of Laws and Head of the Department of Public Law at the University of Malta. His research areas include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Ombudsman legislation.
