Joanna D?ugosz-Jó?wiak, studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna? (Poland), doctorate at the European University Viadrina with a thesis on the Europeanization of criminal law in the field of money laundering , habilitation at the University of Pozna? on the topic »Principles of legality and certainty in criminal law«, since 2019 professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna?, since 2021 head of the Chair of Criminal Law at this faculty.
