Fire safety in the favelas of the city of S�o Paulo

In large urban centers, where the force of the law does not reach, millions of citizens live in absolute vulnerability, exposed to various risks and the most devastating of them: the risk of fire. Almost 100% of cases could have been avoided. This study proves that it is possible for the community itself to protect itself and prevent such drastic losses for people living in the informal city.
