Now, in its second edition, this highly successful work also provides coverage of recent developments in legislation, most notably the Consumer Credit Act 1995, the Family Law Act 1995 and the Family Law (Divorce) Act 1996 as well as case law impacting upon virtually all aspects of this subject.
The author draws upon his experience in teaching and writing on land law to present it in a way which addresses the needs of students and others who require a concise and accessible exposition of the subject.
'...Property Law is no mere summary of a subject covered more authoriatively by Wylie and Lyall, but an original work not unworthy of its distinguished predecessors'. Prof. J.M.G. Sweeney in Law Society Gazette
