Written for attorneys and their corporate clients concerned with environmental matters, the handbook is designed to help the reader fully comprehend both the general intent and the essential provisions of each statute--many of which seem convoluted, confusing, and unduly complex in their original statutory text. The eight statutes selected for inclusion are those which provide the principal authority for regulating air, water, and land pollution, and toxic waste.
