Participation of trade unions and involvement of social dialogue in key political projects

Key Projects such as the European Pillar of Social Rights, the European Green Deal and the post COVID-19 pandemic reconstruction and resilience plans serve as key guidance in steering the European Union in its current and future political direction.

The objective of this research project is to engage and include social dialogue and trade union participation in this process, identifying obstacles and opportunities, and targeting areas for action, while also providing employee’s organisations with recommendations designed to strategically deploy their knowledge and experience to achieve lasting policies to benefit the European workforce.
