The volume addresses a wider audience, such as scholars on Latin American and especially Venezuelan Politics, International Relations, as well as an interested public, including journalists and politicians.Dr. Miguel Latouche has been guest professor at Rostock University, Germany, since 2020 under the auspices of the Philipp Schwartz-Initiative/ Humboldt Foundation. Until June 2020 he was Associated Professor at the Central University of Venezuela, Caracas.
