She graduated from Ankara University, and completed her first LLM in European Union Law at the University of Bucharest and her second LLM in International Public Law at the University of East London. Her main fields of study are public international law, criminal law, and refugee law.Lale Burcu Önüt is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, of Dokuz Eylül University, Turkey. She has published six books, as well as many articles. Her main fields of study are administrative law, administrative jurisdiction law, human rights law, and EU law.
