Die Anerkennung von Diplomen in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft

Hildegard Schneider is Professor of European Union Law at the Law Faculty of Maastricht University (The Netherlands). She studied Law, Political Science and Art History in Freiburg (Breisgau), London, Paris and Münster. Since September 2011 she serves as Dean of the Law Faculty and is a member of the Management Team of Maastricht University. In her research she is particularly interested in the free movement of persons and migration issues, minority and equality rights, the recognition of diplomas and EU policies in the field of education and culture, art law and comparative law.
