She is a licensed professional clinical counselor with 20 years of clinical experience. Judith Scott, PhD, is a professor emeritus at the University of Pittsburgh, and was previously the internship coordinator in the counselor education program. She is a licensed psychologist with 40 years of clinical experience currently in private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
