This relaunch of "Encyclopedia of Social Services Law" is now entitled "Encyclopedia of Social Services and Child Care Law" to reflect its change in emphasis. The new edition is in response to developments such as the review of the adoption law and implementation of the Children Act 1989 in 1991.
