Michael has acted for and advised in relation to a number of the largest projects to have come through the new Planning Act 2008 regime, as well as having extensive experience under the earlier infrastructure consenting regimes. He was Real Estate, Environment and Planning Silk of the Year in the Legal 500 UK Awards, 2013 and Environment/Planning Silk of the Year in the Chambers and Partners Bar Awards, 2013.
