Kelly D. Askin, a human rights lawyer, scholar, and activist, is acting Executive Director of the War Crimes Research Office, Washington College of Law, American University. Her publications include War Crimes Against Women: Prosecution in International War Crime Tribunals. Dorean Koenig is Professor of Law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, a member of the International Criminal Committee of the American Section of the International Law Association, and a Board member of the American Section of the Association Internationale de Droit Pénal.
