He also holds a part-time Special Endowed Chair Professorship of Food Safety at Northwest Agricultural & Forestry University, Yangling, Shaanxi, China. He is Professor Emeritus at Aix-Marseille Université and Visiting Professor, College of Europe, Bruges. His most recent book is EU, the WTO and China: Global Legal Pluralism and International Trade Regulation.
