Lawrence A. Cunningham is the Henry St George Tucker III Research Professor at George Washington University Law School. He is the author of The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lessons for Corporate America (2013) and editor from 1994 to 2001 of the leading treatise on contract law, Corbin on Contracts.
