It aims to enable the practitioner: to identify problem areas in accounts in advance of an inspector's call; respond to any type of challenge or line of questioning; know "what to say", "when to say it" and "when to keep quiet"; understand and control the "flow" of an investigation; understand the specific characteristics and idiosyncrasies of many types of businesses especially in relation to an investigation; and bring the investigation to a speedy and successful conclusion.
