Daniel Barnett is a leading employment law barrister practising from Outer Temple Chambers. Acting in high value claims or those involving serious reputational issues, he is a past chair of the Employment Lawyers' Association's publishing committee and electronic services working party. Daniel is the author or co-author of eight books, has founded businesses in legal publishing and legal education, and is the resident lawyer on LBC 97.3. Keira Gore is a barrister at Outer Temple Chambers who specialises in employment law. She represents both employers and employees at first instance and appellate level and is regularly instructed in cases involving whistle-blowing, discrimination, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, working time, and TUPE. She speaks and writes regularly on employment law issues. Henry Scrope was in-house lawyer for a private international group of companies in the City of London. He was one for the founder members of the Employment Lawyers Association in 1992 and from the mid-1990s until retirement in 2011 was editor-in-chief of the popular employment law website, www.emplaw.co.uk.
