Robert G. McCloskey was a professor of government at Harvard University. He is the author of "American Conservatism in the Age of Enterprise" and editor of "Essays in Constitutional Law." Sanford Levinson is the W. St. John Garwood and W. St. John Garwood Jr., Regents Chair in Law at the University of Texas Law School, the author of "Constitutional Faith," and the coeditor of "Processes of Constitutional Decisionmaking."
