Innes Ebert joined DWF in their insurance department in October 2009. Previously she was a partner at Vizards and then Weightmans. She has over 18 years of experience in defending EL and PL personal injury claims and specialises in stress, back injury and work related upper limb disorder cases. Innes has a particular interest in retail claims and is the co-editor of Retailers - The Law Affecting Customers and Employees. John is a Director in DWF's Personal Injury team. He is based in London and specialises in defending high profile cases against Local Authorities and most notably during 2010 has worked extensively on the industrial disease "trigger litigation". John qualified in 1977 and has 30 years' experience of handling liability claims against local authorities, and has handled many of the leading cases in this field. He joined DWF LLP in January 2009 and continues to defend claims brought against local authorities. He is also co-editor of the book, "Local Authority Liability", now in its 4th edition.
