Previously Dean of the Faculty of Health& Social Care at the Open University, UK, Lesley-Anne is presently Director of an OU international development programme in sub-Saharan Africa.   JEREMY ROCHE is Associate Dean (Curriculum and Awards) in the Faculty of Health and Social Care and Senior Lecturer in law. He has written extensively on children and the law, and children's rights and is co-editor of Youth in Society (1997), Children in Society (2001) and Social Work and the Law in Scotland (2003).     DEBBIE STRINGER is a solicitor (non-practicing) and senior lecturer in law in the Faculty of Health and Social Care at the Open University, UK. Her research interests include the relationship between the law and the family.
