Detective Chief Inspector Jen Williams (contributor) has been Head of the Economic Crime Unit and Head of the Crime Training Section of Greater Manchester Police. She has been involved in the training of Fraud Investigators for the last eight years and assisted in writing the current National Fraud Foundation Course.
