Clarissa Dickson Wright, formerly of 'Two Fat Ladies' fame, has ten cookery books, one Food Anthology and an autobiography to her name. She starred with Johnny Scott in three series of 'Clarissa and the Countryman' for BBC2. Johnny Scott, as a farmer, naturalist and historian has written for many newspapers and magazines. He farms hefted black-face sheep in Scotland. They have also co-authored The Game Cookbook and Sunday Roast for Kyle Cathie Limited.
