Nihan Yenilmez Arpa, PhD, is a landscape architect who spent 25 years in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Turkey, and served with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations from 2017 to 2023. His research focuses on forestry policy, administration, climate change-forestry relations, history, rural development, and protected area management.Sadık Serhat Arda is a geological engineer who spent 26 years in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Turkey. He specializes in demarcation, planning, and management of protected areas, emphasizing assessment of management effectiveness.
