Maria José Sousa (PhD in Management with Habilitation in Management and Public Management) is Pro-Rector, a professor and a research fellow at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She has co-authored over 100 articles and book chapters in high-level journals (as the European Planning Studies, Information Systems Frontiers, Systems Research, and Behavioral Science, and others), and is the guest-editor of more than 5 Special Issues from Elsevier and Springer. She was/is the coordinator of several European projects of innovation (funded by programs as Erasmus +, Horizon Europe, and ICMPD) and is also External Expert of COST Association - European Cooperation in Science and Technology. Tewabe Chekole Workneh earned a double B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology from Arbaminch University in Ethiopia. He then worked at Ethio Telecom until October 2011 before moving to Ca' Foscari University, where he obtained his master's degree in computer science in October 2013. He then worked as a lecturer at the University of Arbaminch until 2018. In 2019, he moved to the University of Admas, where he worked as Head of the Department of Computer Science. He worked as a research fellow in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Verona. He is currently a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Verona. Halvor Holtskog is a Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Department of Economic and Management. The subject of his PhD was organizational learning and knowledge creation. His research interests lie in the field of studying socio-technical concerns, ranging from organizational to technology-based studies.
