Soumi Majumder completed her PGDM specialization in Human Resource Management from All India Management Association, Ministry of HRD,Govt of India, 2012. She did Diploma in Labour laws with Administrative laws (DLLAL) and Masters in Business Administration (HRM) from Annamalai University, under Tamilnadu Govt in 2013 and 2020 respectively. Currently, she is a PhD. student of the Department of Business Administration in Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, India. She is an Associate Researcher of the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Logroño, La Rioja, Spain. She is associated with the Department of Management Science, Sister Nivedita University, Kolkata, India. Previously, she was associated with Techno India College of Technology, NSHM College of Management and Technology, J D Birla Institute of Science and Commerce, West Bengal State Labor Institute, Siliguri, FIEM,DAITM and many more B Schools. She is having 6 years of experience in academia and 2 years of industrial experiences. She has 2 authored books and more than 20 research papers in national, international conferences and journals in the area of quality work-life, decent work-life, work-life balance, stress management, employee engagement, job satisfaction, leadership, training, and learning, etc. She has 2 copyrights from Govt. of India for her research work. Furthermore, she is a member of the AIMA, ACM, IS,SDIWC,NIPM etc. Debasish Biswas is presently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head in the Department of Business Administration, Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He obtained M.Com in 2000 and MBA (HR) in 2002 from Burdwan University. His areas of specialization are Accounting & Finance, Human Resource, and Marketing. Dr. Biswas is a prolific researcher. He has contributed 84 research papers in different areas of management in different National and International Seminars and Conferences. He has authored 54 research papers in National and International journals of repute. He acted as a resource person in different National and International Seminars in different parts of India. He is a life member of the Indian Commerce Association and All India Accounting Association. He has authored fifteen He has also contributed 14 chapters in various edited books. He received the Best Business Academic of the Year Award -2016 (Gold Medal) at the 69th All India Commerce Conference organized by Lucknow University, Lucknow. He has received Bharat Vikas Award in 2018 from the Institute of Self Reliance, Odisha. He is an editorial board member of AR Research Publication (UGC Listed Journal).
