Gayle Peterson, lead author, directs the Oxford Impact Investing Programme and the Oxford Social Finance Programme and co-founded Women Transforming Leadership. Gayle has more than 25 years of experience in impact measurement and management believing the greatest impact is community-driven. She is lead author of Navigating Big Finance and Big Technology for Global Change. Gayle holds an MA in Social Policy and Law from the University of Chicago and an MSc from the HEC-Paris School of Management and Oxford University. She is founder and Senior Managing Director of pfc social impact advisors, a global consultancy that helps people and organizations use money, time and passion and purpose to build a more just world. Ali Webb has worked with the top leadership of national foundations, local and federal governments, and non-governmental sectors. Ali worked at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation  for 19 years. She has a BA from Stanford University. Her MPA was earned at Harvard's Kennedy School and her PhD in Mass Media from Michigan State University. In addition to her current consulting practice, Webb teaches at the Ford School of Policy at the University of Michigan and the School of Professional Studies at Columbia University.  Robert M. Yawson is an Associate Professor of Management and the Chair of the Entrepreneurship, International Business & Strategy (EIBS) Department at the School of Business, Quinnipiac University, CT. He is also the Faculty Coordinator for the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program. He was the Graduate Programs Assessment Coordinator for six years (2014 - 2020). Robert is Editor-in-Chief of the Organization Management Journal, Editor of the Business and Management Section, SAGE Open, and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Business and Systems Research.
