Dr. Parag Diwan currently the CEO of EV Oracle, a think-tank as well as a niche consulting firm in area of e-Mobility segment. The firm provides innovative business models, solutions, technology guidance, sourcing services and capacity enhancement services for the entire gamut of e-Mobility value chain. With over 35 years of diversified corporate and academic leadership experience, Dr. Diwan is widely acclaimed as energy and education specialist. He co-founded India`s first energy focused academic institution, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) and served as its first Vice Chancellor for 15 years. He has multifaceted consulting experience and concurrently serves as Managing Director of Paradigm Consulting which has provided professional services to many organizations and institutions in area of energy, education and entrepreneurship for over two decades. He has wide ranging interests; apart from his long enduring passion of reading and writing he also likes to tinker with cars. He is also a technology buff always curious to know about emerging technologies and their applications. He has more than 200 published papers and authored and co-authored about 40 books on various management, engineering and energy topics and has also been a contributing editor to various journals. Dr. Diwan won several national and international awards for his accomplishments including those at London and Houston. He was also awarded a prestigious HP fellowship for his work in the field of online education.
