He has over 38 years of experience with facilitating, conducting and consulting in operational risk assessment in a variety of industries. Bruce D. Hollcroft, CSP, ARM, CHMM, is Senior Rick Control Specialist with PayneWest Insurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency Company in Spokane, Washington.
