Edward C. Jensen has spent his career teaching students about trees, shrubs and native plants. He is also the author of Trees to Know in Oregon and Washington,Woody Plants in North America, and the Manual of Oregon Trees and Shrubs. Jensen is an emeritus professor in the College of Forestry at Oregon State University.
