Yufen Zhang is a professor of Structural Engineering at the School of Civil and Transportation Engineering, Hebei University of Technology. She received her PH.D. from Chang'an University, China in 2010. Her research interests mainly include structure analysis and aseismic design, particularly the behavior of the beam-to-column connection. She used to be responsible for two projects from the Chinese National Science Foundation. Degang Guo is a project manager of the 4th International Engineering Dept., Norinco International Cooperation Ltd. He received his MSc in Estate Management from Renmin University of China in 2012. He used to be responsible for several large-scale engineering projects, such as the Letpadaung mining project in Burma, the construction project of Kamoya copper mine in Congo.
