Professor Chuanzhi Huang graduated from Nankai University, Tianjin. He is a professor-level senior engineer and an expert in port geotechnical engineering. Professor Huang has been engaged in foundation calculation theory, port engineering software development, and analysis and calculation for port engineering. He developed a type of port engineering software (“foundation computing system”) and proposed the generalized limit equilibrium method. He has presided over 20 key projects, such as the 9th national “Five-Year” scientific and technological projects Deepwater Hub Construction of Key Technologies and Demonstration Projects. He has received more than 10 provincial and ministerial level awards for his scientific and technological achievements, holds 6 patents and has published more than 30 papers.
