Within this work, the development of hybrid passivation layers containing conducting nanoparticles dispersed in a polymer matrix is investigated. As a major aspect, the electric and dielectric properties of these layers are studied. Further, it is investigated how an intelligent choice of the filler material and adaption of the processing techniques applied can change these properties.
