Ewa Lechman is Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland. Since 2017 she has been Vice-Dean for Development and a PhD Programme Director. Magdalena Popowska is a researcher and lecturer of Organization Science and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland.
