Vitaly Buckin is the Associate Professor at the University college, Dublin and is the Head of Laboratory of Physical Chemistry of Bio colloids. He obtained his PhD in Biological Physics from the Russian Academy of sciences, his research interests lie in High-Resolution Ultrasonic Spectroscopy and its applications in Chemistry, Biomolecular Science, Medicine, Food, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors. Physical Chemistry of Bio colloids. In 2002 he was awarded the Top 100 Award in Technology for High-Resolution Ultrasonic Spectroscopy in USA. He also served as the Chairman of the International Conference on High Resolution Ultrasonic Spectroscopy 2018 at Brno, Czech Republic. He has more than 100 publications and 10 patents (EU, USA, and Japan) in the field of 'Ultrasonic Spectroscopy'
