As the first book to focus on BMSC therapy for stroke, it also discusses in depth the unique challenges of BMSCs-based therapy in this context.



Dr. Kunlin Jin is a tenured Professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, USA. His primary research interests are in aging and diseases. He has pursued research in several areas related to stroke and has made significant contributions concerning the treatment of brain diseases by cell replacement using stem cells. Dr. Jin has published over 200 research papers in prominent journals including JCI, PNAS, Nature, etc. and has a personal H-index of 56. Furthermore, he is Editor-in-Chief of the journal 'Aging and Disease' and co-founder of the International Society on Aging and Disease.

 

Dr. Qichuan Zhuge is a Professor at the Department of Neurosurgery, Chairman of the Brain Center and Vice president at the first hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, China.

 

Dr. Xunming Ji is a Professor of Neurosurgery at Capital Medical University and Vice-President of Xuanwu Hospital, China. He was a principal investigator for National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China (2013) and was a Cheung Kong Scholar of Ministry of Education of China (2014).
