Studies of High Temperature Superconductors

With the discovery of high Tc ceramic compounds, superconductivity has evolved into a rich and highly competitive field of research of not just condensed matter physics and chemistry but also of diverse engineering disciplines like ceramics, metallurgy and microelectronics. The Studies of High Temperature Superconductors series looks at the frontal problems and challenges through detailed reviews and extended articles covering fundamental properties, characterisation, and applications of the new high Tc superconductors. Volume 25 forms the sequel to Volumes 23 and 24 which focused on the synthesis and properties of Hg-based high Tc family. The focus of the volume is on the problems linked with the structural chemistry and related crystallography which are extensively discussed in terms of many new ideas and understanding by the expert contributors coming from different parts of the globe.
