She holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, and is an American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Specialist. As a Program Director for over 25 years, Ann is a member and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a member of National Strength and Conditioning Association.
