This is the 2008 update to the yearly published practical guide to the legal restrictions on the sale or supply of medicinal product and poisons. Section 2, which covers the Code of Ethics for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, has been updated and a new subsection introduced - the Seven Professional Standards and Guidance documents that support the Code of Ethics.
