This work presents a THA technique using a minimally invasive, single incision anterior approach that exploits the interval between tensor fasciae latae and rectus femoris muscle and avoids disrupting the abductor or posterior musculature. Demonstrated on a cadaver and a live patient, observe the surgical technique using a single incision (6-8 cm in length) to perform acetabular as well as femoral preparation and component implantation.
