Contains tables of trends in all-cause and cause specific mortality rates, factors known to influence health, and disease incidence and prevalence. Where appropriate each table is linked to definitions of methods, data sources, references and International Classification of Disease codes. Also included are introductions to, and summaries of the main findings from, each chapter.
