Trauma Nursing

The text complements 'Trauma Nursing: From Resuscitation Through Rehabilitation, 2nd Edition'. The flexible format is designed to be adapted for any course level and the modules can be extracted for individual presentations. Each content area or module follows a standard format, which includes epidemiology, mechanisms of injury, assessment and diagnosis, specific injuries, nursing and medical care through the continuum and conclusions. The manual provides lecture objectives for each module, student lecture outlines and instructor outlines which include prompts for slides, handouts, over 800 slides and transparencies, pre-course readings, post-test questions and references.
