Discussion on the use of dermabrasion and autologous fat injections in which fat is extracted from the thighs, abdomen and hips using an aspirating syringe, is added to the chapter on chemical face peeling. Informatin on the use of Retin-A and collegen implants is included. The chapter on rhytidectomy or face lift includes new coverage on SMAS and plastima procesures. A new secdtion on the chin evaluates the proportion of the chin to the nose and discusses changing the drooping nose and chin which comes about through old age. A new chapter is added on the repeat face lift and will deal with the question of whether there is an upper age limit beyond which these procedures should not be performed.
