Mario A. Pfannstiel is an expert in healthcare service management and a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Neu-Ulm, Germany. He directs the Digital Healthcare Management Master's program and conducts research in innovative services, service design, AI in healthcare, and technology management.

Christopher Kueh is an Associate Professor of Design at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. He is a design educator, researcher, service designer, and design strategist. His work focuses on enabling organizations to develop design capabilities and navigate complexities through the lens of design.

Gabriele Palozzi,  PhD in Public Management and Governance, is an Official at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as a Consultant for Recovery and Resilience Plan at the Italian Ministry of Health. He is a Professor of Managerial Control at the  University of Rome and at the Open University San Raffaele of Rome.
