This book addresses the limited information about vision training and the importance of having knowledge of superior visual skills in our everyday, individualised environment like the classroom, workspace, and sports setting. It is an instruction manual explaining vision training in terms of what it can be used for and who can benefit from it. It provides examples of over two hundred exercises of twenty-three different visual skills, covering fundamental and advanced skills, also including visual perceptual skills and sport-specific skills .
