Jess Shand is a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist & Hormone health specialist. She specialises in female health optimisation using food and lifestyle rituals to help you thrive from the inside-out. Her aim is to help you take control of your hormonal health by guiding you to nourish each of your key body systems to create lasting, transformational change to your health and wellbeing. Jess began her journey into hormonal health when she was experiencing a range of hormonal imbalances that impacted her fertility, skin, weight and mental health. She nourished herself to optimum health, including regulating her menstrual cycle, falling pregnant, and resolving her skin, sleep and digestive issues, Jess now runs a nutrition clinic helping her clients do the same. Jess studied in Nutritional Therapy At The College of Naturopathic Nutrition (DipCNM mANP) as well as additional training in pre and post-natal nutrition, behaviour change and health coaching.
