Craig Denegar is associate professor of orthopaedics and rehabilitation at Pennsylvania State University. He has more than 20 years of experience as an athletic trainer and extensive clinical practice related to persistent orthopaedic pain. He has contributed to a number of chapters on pain and pain control, as well as numerous other publications. Ethan Saliba is a professor in medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Virginia.
