This book reviews the medical aspects (epidemiological, anatomopathological, clinical, morphological and therapeutic) of bilio-pancreatic malformations in adults. The ductal anomalies discussed are: cystic dilation of the bile ducts, bilio-pancreatic maljunction, pancreas divisum, the annular pancreas, the dorsal agenesis of the pancreas and the ansa pancreatica. This manuscript comprises a wide literature review, as well as original schematic figures and illustrations.

Dr Houssem Harbi is a digestive surgeon and a university professor of general surgery at the Medical Faculty of the University of Sfax, Tunisia. He has written eight scientific books in French, more than forty scientific articles in French and English, and several Tunisian monographs on digestive pathology under the aegis of the Tunisian Association of Surgery. He is a reviewer for the journals Surgical Endoscopy and Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Diseases International, and has been a member of the executive committee of the Club de Chirurgie Digestive de Sfax (Tunisia) since 2016. Dr Nozha Toumi Kallel has been a medical doctor since 2009, and an associate professor of radiology at the Medical Faculty of the University of Sfax since 2019. She specialises in medical imaging and has published papers in several journals, including Tunisie Chirurgicale.Dr Nouha Dammak became a medical doctor in 2014, and has been an assistant professor of general surgery at the Medical Faculty of the University of Sfax since 2018. She is the co-author of La Gastrectomie Totale Pour Cancer Gastrique: Complications & Moyens de Retablissement de la Continuite and Le Prolapsus Rectal: Les Principes du Traitement Chirurgical.
