Discussion questions at the end of the book further add to the reflection and learning process of the reader.Rasa Kabaila is a Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Mental Health Nurse through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses, and she is the leading practitioner and researcher for a depression clinic (OptiMA2 and OptiMA3 trials). Rasa is also a Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW and from 2011-2020, she worked as a registered nurse in a variety of settings in leadership roles while excelling in and completing postgraduate qualifications including: a Bachelor of Nursing degree, a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care, a Masters of Mental Health Nursing degree, and a Masters of Nurse Practitioner degree. She has worked as a sessional tutor and assignment marker at the Australian Catholic University and the University of Canberra while peer reviewing scientific journals through Publons. Rasa is the author of several articles in the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Journal as well as in the NSW Health Pulse magazine and Palliative Care Nurses News. She is a co-author for the paper 'A Neural Network Approach to Optimising Treatments for Depression Using Data from Specialist and Community Psychiatric Services in Australia, New Zealand and Japan', which has been published in Neural Computing and Applications through Springer Nature. She has presented outcomes from the OptiMA2 trial to the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners Conference and the Australian College of Nurses Conference.
